Post- Deputy Chief Accounts Officer (Infrastructure Facilities) METRO
Salary: INR Rs.15600/39100/ with GP Rs. 7600/
Education Requirements: 1. Degree in Commerce or equivalent & Member of Institute of Charted Accountant of India or Member of Institute of Cost Accountant of India or MBA (Finance) from a reputed Institute of Recognized University. 2. Minimum15 years’ experience. 3. Officers working in Pay BandIII for scale Rs. 1560039100 with GP Rs. 6600/ 5 years service as Asst. Chief Account Officer or equivalent. Or Pay scale Pay BandII Rs.930034800 with GP. Rs. 4600/working with 10 years’ service as Account Officer or equivalent.
Experience Requirements: Adequate Experience in financial policies and procedures, design, develop and implement accounting systems, financial appraisals of large infrastructure project to banks and financial institutions, experience on working projects funded by banks bilateral/multilateral funding agencies like WB/ADB/JICA etc., Fund management Tax matters, Finalization of account, Internal audits, Preparation of budges, Direct and Indirect Taxes, Financial vetting of proposal, Treasury and Fund Management, Coordination with Statutory/Government Auditors/ Bill Settlement, Conversant with International Competitive Bidding etc.
Desirable Qualifications: 1. Candidate should have experience in evaluation of infrastructure projects like bids for turn over, network, financial statements submitted by bidders, financial appraisal of infrastructure projects. 2. Candidate should be computerized environment working and account matter etc.
