Responsibilities: • Monitoring and analysing market trends • Shall be responsible for overall Marketing/Product Planning to lead the team and have acumen to give a turn around to the whole gamut of marketing activities of the Company all over India. • Monitor and recommend amends for all marketing operation manual and ensure compliance to marketing department and government regulations. • Design all departmental targets and evaluate all staff performance at various meetings and develop and implement an efficient staff training programs as per requirement. • Responsible for revenue generation across products and regions and ensure yields across products through Regional Managers and Marketing Managers. • Implementation of Billing targets at all India level. • Prepare Business Plan on business design, structure, process and operating plan and financial model. • Responsible for Marketing and Sales and works through Marketing Managers and Regional Managers to achieve top line market share and achieve revenue and brand objectives. • Coordinate with administration, commercial and factory departments to ensure timely orders, and smooth function of action in the system. • Update management on business process and operating plan and financial model and profitability.
Education Requirements: B.Sc./ B. Pharm./ B. Tech./ B.E.
Experience Requirements: 15 years of post qualification experience.
Desirable Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in Marketing Management
Head Skills: Experience with national exposure and developing and spearheading growth oriented long term Marketing / Product Planning in FMCG / Pharma Industry, out of which 7 years in Senior Management level. Working with Public Sector will be given preference.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 50 yrs (Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and for others as per Govt. directives).

Salary: INR Rs. 16,000- 400 – 20,800/- (pre revised 1997 Scale). For Candidates from PSU salary (Basic + DA) may be protected.
