Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18-27 years as on 01-01-2016. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC/ Ex-Serviceman candidates as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have passed VIII standard from a recognized Educational Institution.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Measurement of Physical Standards, Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Written Test, Interview.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the website policewb.gov.in from 07-03-2016 to 08-04-2016 or offline by sending appliation in the prescribed format affixing recent passport size photograph (preferably colour photograph) on it along with relevant documents in an envelope of size 32 cm × 22 cm by post only to the Chairman, West Bengal Police Recruitment Board, Araksha Bhaban, 5th Floor, Block-DJ, Sector-II, Salt Lake City, Kolkata-700091 on or before 08-04-2016 upto 05:00 P.M. Superscribe the envelope as “Application for the post of Junior Constable in West Bengal Police (For Birbhum District)-2016 & Application Sl. No”.
