The role will be responsible for managing a small team of staff, and overseeing a number of strategic projects while maintaining a strong service culture.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in leading, managing and motivating people, strong communication skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to interpret technical needs to non technical people. Experience implementing service delivery frameworks will be regarded while exposure to formal project management and service delivery frameworks is desirable but not essential.
