Pay scale-20600-46500
Type of Disabilites-OH/HH/VH
Age- 45 years
Educational qualification- Candidate should be MA (IDA) in Hindi or Englishfrom a recognized University, with atleast 2nd division and both Hindi and English as main / subsidiary subjects at Graduation level with 5 years experience at Executive level in the implementation of Official Language policy and in finalization of translation from English to Hindi and vice-versa. Working knowledge of Computer Application such as MSOffice etc

2.Post-  Assistant
Pay scale-16400-40500 01
Type of Disabilites-VH
Age- 40 years
Educational qualification-Minimum 2nd Class Manager (lOA) (suitable Graduate with 1st Class (Material for Low MBA (Material Management Vision) Management) full time Development) OR Minimum 2nd Class MM&D Graduate with 1st Class 2-yrs PG Diploma in Material Management. OR Minimum 2nd Class Graduate with 1st Class 2-yrs PG Diploma in Quality Management. OR 1st Class Integrated MBA(Material Mgmt.) full time. The above degrees should be obtained from government recognized University or Institute. Experience: 2 yrs. relevant experience in a firm of repute with working knowledge of Computer Application such as MS / Office etc.

3.Post-Assistant Manager (Fin.&A/cs)
Pay scale16400-40500 (lOA)
Type of Disabilites- HH & 010H
Age- 40 Years
Educational qualification-CA/ICWA OR Post Graduate Diploma (Full Time) in Finance from IIM / Full time MBA (Fin.) in 1st Divn. or "A" grade) from any University or Govt. recognized Institute in India or abroad. The applicant must have 3 yrs. relevant experience in a company of repute & possess certificate course in Computer applications

4.Post- Assistant Manager(HR)
Pay scale 16400-40500 (IDA)
Type of Disabilites HH
Age- 40 Years
Educational qualification-Minimum 2nd Class Graduate with MBA (HR) full time OR Minimum 2nd Class Graduate in Social Science. 1st Class 2-yrs PG Diploma in HR / Industrial Relations. OR Minimum 2nd Class Graduate with 1st Class Master Degree in Social Work OR 1st Class Integrated MBA(HR) (Full time). The above degrees should be obtained from govt. recognized University or Institute. Experience: 2 yrs. relevant experience in a firm of repute with working knowledge of Computer Application such as MS Office etc. Desirable: i) Degree in Law ii) Post Graduate diploma in Labour Laws.

* The maximum age limit mentioned above for the posts at SI. No. 1 to 4 includes 10 years relaxation applicable to PWD unreserved category as per Govt. guidelines. For Se/ST category the age is relaxable by 5 years and for OBe (non-creamy layer category) it is relaxable by 3 years. Further, relaxation for Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. directives. Abbreviation used OH (Orthopedically Handicapped), HH (Hearing Handicapped), VH (Visually Handicapped).

HOW TO APPLY :- (i) Application should be submitted through OFFLlNE mode only in the prescribed Application Form. Application form is available in downloadable form annexed with this advertisement. No online applications would be entertained. (ii) Incomplete / unsigned applications and application received without photographs, attested copies of required certificates such as educational qualifications, experience, age (as on 30.09.2015), caste certificate and applications received after the last date ( 03.12.2015) will summarily be rejected without any communication to the candidate. (iii) Those working with Government and Public Sector Undertakings must apply through proper channel or produce "NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE" from their employers at the time of interview. (iv) Mere eligibility will not vest any right on any candidate for being called for the Interview. The Management's decision in all matters will be final. No correspondence will be entertained from the candidates in connection with the process of selection / Interview.
