RECRUITMENT TO THE POST OF ASSISTANT MOTOR VEHICLE INSPECTOR
NOTIFICATION NO. 21/2012
SELECTION NOTIFICATION
In continuation of the Result Notification, dated 05/05/2014 for recruitment to the posts of Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspectors in A.P. Transport Subordinate Service pursuant to the Commission’s Notification No. 21/2012 and owing to dismissal of the SLP Nos. 9906-9907/2015 filed by the Commission in the Hon’ble Apex Court against the Orders of the Hon’ble High Court, dated 15/12/2014 in W.P. No. 14145/2014, the candidate whose Register Number is given below has been provisionally selected for appointment subject to the following conditions.
1) that success in the examination confers no right to appointment unless the appointing authority is satisfied after such enquiry as may be considered necessary that the candidate having regard to her character and antecedents are suitable in all respects for appointment to the service;
2) that the candidate is found physically fit for the post;
3) that the candidate should produce such other Original Certificates as may be required in accordance with the Rules; and
4) That this provisional selection and the appointment made pursuant thereto are subject to the outcome of the cases pending before the Hon’ble Courts.

If it comes to the notice of the Commission later that the candidate furnished false information or the selection is not in order due to any act of omission or commission of the candidate, then her provisional selection is liable to be cancelled at any stage and she will forfeit all consequential benefits including that of selection, besides the Commission reserves the right to take any action as it deems fit in the circumstances of the case in terms of the various enabling provisions as notified in
Notification No 21/2012.
