The online examination for the next Common Recruitment Process for RRBs (RRBs- CWE-V) for recruitment of Group “A”-Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and
Group “B”-Office Assistants (Multipurpose) will be conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) tentatively in November and December
2016. Any eligible candidate, who aspires to join any of the Regional Rural Banks listed at (A) as Group “A”-Officers (ScaleI, II & III) and Group
“B”-Office Assistants (Multipurpose), is required to register for the Common Recruitment Process (CWE for RRBs-V). For the posts of Officers Scale I and
Office Assistants (Multi-purpose) the examination will be two tier i.e. the online examination will be held in two phases, preliminary and main.
Candidates
who apply for the post of Office Assistants (Multi-purpose) will be provisionally allotted on the basis of the marks obtained by them in the Main
examination and the vacancies reported by the RRBs. For the post of Officers Scale I, candidates who will qualify in preliminary examination and
shortlisted will have to appear for Main examination and shortlisted candidates in the main examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview
to be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with appropriate authority. Candidates who apply for
Scale II (Generalist and Specialists) and Scale III will appear for a single online examination and shortlisted candidates in the single examination will
subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with
appropriate authority

Educational Qualification :
For Office Assistant (Multipurpose) & Officer Scale- I : Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent and Proficiency in
local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s.
For Officer Scale- II : Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate OR Degree from
a recognised University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in
aggregate OR Certified Associate (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India OR Degree from a recognised University in Law or its equivalent
with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate OR MBA in Marketing from a recognized university OR Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal
Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50%
marks in aggregate.
For Officer Scale- III : Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and Minimum 5
years experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institutions.
Age Limit : (As on 01.09.2016)
- For Office Assistant (Multipurpose) : 18 to 28 years
- For Officer Scale- I : 18 to 30 years
- For Officer Scale- II : 21 to 32 years
- For Officer Scale- III : 21 to 40 years
Age of Relaxation :
- Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe : 5 years
- Other Backward Classes : 3 years
- Persons With Disability : 10 years
Selection Process : Selection process will be based on Online Exam & Interview.
Application Fee :
- For SC/ST/PWD/EXSM Candidates : Rs. 100/-
- For All Others Candidates : Rs. 600/-
Note: Candidates have the option of making the payment of requisite fees/ intimation charges through the ONLINE mode using Debit Cards
