Age Limit:

Candidate age should not be less than 21 years & but not be more than 32 years as on 25-04-2016. Upper age relaxation is applicable as per Orissa Civil Services Rule.

Educational Qualification: 

Candidates should possess passed HSC & +2 Science Examination under council of higher secondary education for Post 1, passed +2 Science Examination under council of higher secondary education, Odisha/ equivalent course & passed Diploma in medical Radiation Technology/ Laboratory Technology/ Pharmacy for Post 2, 3, 5 passed HSC & +2 Examination & passed health worker (female) training course conducted by Odisha state nursing & mid wives state nursing for Post 4.
