1. Sub Inspector of Police in Communication (Men & Women): 15 Posts
2. Assistant Sub Inspector of Police in Finger Print Bureau (Men & Women): 13 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years & must not have attained the age of 25 years as on 01-07-2016 i.e must have been born not earlier than 02-07-1991 and not later than 01-07-1995. Upper age relaxation of 05 years for Backward Class/ Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ Employee of A.P & Other candidates is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Diploma/ B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology or 03 years Degree in B.Sc Electronics/ a qualification approved by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as equivalent for Post 1 & Degree with Computer Science/ Computer Application/ Information Technology as one of the subjects awarded by any university in India, established or incorporated by or under a Central Provisional Act of State or of any institution recognized by the University Grants Commission for Post 2.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Preliminary Selection Test, Physical Measurements Test (PMT)/ Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & final written examination.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 600/- for OCs/ BCs & Rs. 130/- for SCs/ STs towards Applications Processing & Examination by Mee Seva (e-Seva)/ AP Online/ TS Online in favour of Chairman, State Level Police Recruitment Board, Andhra Pradesh.
